Part-Time Office Manager
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Funchal. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our company. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in office management or a related field is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor office expenses and budget
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with HR procedures is a plus
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
