Job Title: Welder


We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in the United States. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together, following blueprints and specifications to ensure high-quality and accurate welding. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment according to specifications and perform pre-welding preparations
- Use various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc) to join metal parts accurately and safely
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while handling hot materials and operating equipment
- Maintain welding tools and equipment by performing regular inspections and maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or relevant position
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc)
- Familiarity with various types of metal
- Physical stamina and dexterity for performing manual tasks
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education/Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification in welding from a vocational school or apprenticeship program preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per week. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.
