1. Household & Daily Life

Grocery shopping, including sourcing from eco/organic markets.

Organization of household processes.

Coordination of domestic staff (nanny, cleaners, chef, etc.).

Constant communication with the Chief Assistant in Dubai (Ahmed).
2. Child-related Organization
-
Kindergarten, school, activities, events.

Full scheduling and coordination of the child’s agenda.
3. Instagram & Media Support
-
Photography & storytelling.
-
Creating behind-the-scenes content (Reels, short videos).
-
Assistance in organizing and attending photoshoots.
-
Creativity and sense of style are very important.
4. Administrative Support
-
Coordinating meetings (personal & family).
-
Calendar management & reminders.
-
Syncing with Ahmed to align family schedules.
-
Handling personal and family matters in Monaco.
5. Additional Tasks
-
Handling everyday errands (dry cleaning, urgent requests).

Keeping simple expense reports.
-
Flexibility in managing urgent or non-standard situations.
