QA Engineer


We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Funchal. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and identifying any bugs or issues. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure all bugs are resolved
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and resolve any issues
- Report and document any discovered defects or issues
- Perform manual testing as well as utilize automated testing tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies related to QA testing
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: 900$ per month without accommodation (accommodation options available)
Location: Funchal, Portugal (candidates with biometric passport preferred)
