Temporary Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. This temporary position includes accommodation and is open to candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, finances, and customer service
- Train and supervise employees to maintain high standards of quality and customer service
- Create schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus that reflect current food trends and meet customer preferences
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including food safety regulations, inventory management, budgeting, etc.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
This is a temporary position paying 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in the United States.

Note:
Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa. However, we can provide accommodation for non-US citizens if needed.
