Job Title: Restaurant Manager



We are a bustling restaurant located in the heart of the United States, seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including managing staff, maintaining quality and consistency of service, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff
- Ensure all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create weekly schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly with a professional demeanor
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Maintain accurate financial records including sales reports, inventory counts, and labor costs
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1500 per month (with accommodation provided)
