Senior Architect - Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various building projects, ensuring they meet all necessary codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction quality and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage project budget and timeline to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects in Luxembourg or other European countries
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
