IT Support Specialist


We are searching for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and maintaining our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various operating systems and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential for this role. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in English and a valid biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
- Set up new computer systems and perform software installations
- Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date with latest security patches and updates
- Create documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as an IT Support Specialist
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux
- Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Valid biometric passport
