Teamlead - Mauren, Egypt



As a Teamlead in our fast-paced and dynamic company, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results. Your main duties will include supervising and motivating team members, setting clear goals and objectives, ensuring efficient communication within the team and with other departments, as well as providing support and guidance to team members when needed.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as a proven track record of successful team management. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to achieve common goals
- Supervise and motivate team members to ensure high performance
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team
- Ensure efficient communication within the team and with other departments
- Provide support and guidance to team members when needed
- Monitor team performance through regular evaluations
- Identify training needs and provide necessary coaching or development opportunities
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work full time in Mauren, Egypt
