We are seeking an entry-level Mason to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, stone, concrete blocks, or other materials. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to blueprints or specifications
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using trowels
- Align bricks or stones and finish joints using trowels or jointers
- Cut materials to fit specific spaces using saws or chisels
- Repair or replace damaged bricks, tiles, or other materials
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques preferred
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of proper use of personal protective equipment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This position is in Svalbard, Norway.
