Job Title: Experienced Baker


As an experienced Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods in our busy bakery in Medina. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. We welcome candidates from all nationalities to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Roll, cut, and shape dough for different types of breads and pastries
- Bake items in ovens and monitor for proper cooking times
- Decorate pastries with toppings and icing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a busy bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to use commercial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
- Creativity in decorating pastries and cakes is an asset
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags of flour or other ingredients
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
