As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide variety of pastries and breads. You will be required to follow recipes and methods to ensure consistency in taste and quality. The ideal candidate should have experience in a bakery setting and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to established recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures as needed
- Decorate pastries with toppings or icings
- Ensure all products are presented in an attractive manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a bakery setting
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Preferred:
- Experience working with biometric passport technology
