Computer Support Specialist


The Computer Support Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to users of computer systems and software. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing technical support, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and peripherals
- Keep track of all support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Almada
