Machine Operator



A leading manufacturing company in Lusail is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. Our company specializes in producing high-quality products and we need someone with experience operating various types of machines. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines to ensure efficient production. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor the machine operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Experience operating different types of machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Good math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting issues
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or diploma in mechanics or related field
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
