Vehicle Rental Coordinator

We are hiring a Vehicle Rental Coordinator to join our growing rental company in Nakuru. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental of vehicles to customers, ensuring that all rental agreements are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of rental transactions and providing excellent customer service throughout the rental process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the rental of vehicles to customers, including processing rental agreements and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions, including vehicle availability and customer information.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced before and after each rental.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process, answering any questions or concerns that customers may have.
- Handle any issues or complaints from customers regarding their rentals in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role within a vehicle rental company.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer programs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
