Merchandising Coordinator in Khanpur

We are hiring a Merchandising Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Khanpur. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the visual presentation and promotion of products in our retail stores. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our products are displayed attractively and effectively to increase customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to curate product collections based on market trends and customer preferences
- Develop creative displays and merchandising strategies to effectively showcase products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of merchandise
- Work closely with store managers to ensure visual standards are maintained in all locations
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising needs and provide guidance to store teams
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product placement and promotions
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail environment
- Degree or diploma in fashion, marketing, or related field
- Strong eye for design and knowledge of current fashion trends
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines

Salary: Starting at $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This position is based in Khanpur. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Urdu or have experience working within the local fashion industry.
