As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to keep our facilities in top shape. Your primary duties will include fixing and maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, repairing or replacing damaged fixtures, performing carpentry work, and completing other general maintenance tasks as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of basic repair techniques and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail is a must, as well as the ability to follow safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Inspect facilities regularly for any potential issues that may need attention
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and other systems to identify problems and make necessary repairs
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures such as doors, windows, locks, etc.
- Perform carpentry work such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Purchase necessary materials and supplies for maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times
- Physical stamina and dexterity for performing manual labor tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
