We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our growing team in Oslo, Norway. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively among team members
- Monitor team performance and provide support when needed
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
