Sales Executive
We are a leading company in the retail industry, looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and market conditions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid residence permit in Kuwait (visa will be provided for non-Kuwaiti candidates)
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary:
1400$ per month + commission based on performance.
Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Accommodation:
No accommodation will be provided for this role.
Visa & Ticket:
A free visa will be provided for non-Kuwaiti candidates. However, candidates must arrange their own travel arrangements to Kuwait.
