Job Title: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting products in retail stores. Your main duties will include creating displays, organizing stock, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data. You will work closely with buyers and suppliers to ensure that products are stocked and displayed effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating prices and maintaining relationships with store managers. This is a full-time position in Dar Kulaib with a salary of 1600$. Accommodation is not provided, but a biometric passport is required for all nationalities.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. A strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends is also essential. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising or retail management. A high level of organization and attention to detail is crucial for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays to showcase products
- Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer preferences
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement

- Negotiate prices with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail management (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
