We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead the sales team in developing effective sales techniques and providing training as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products/services and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market conditions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, tools, and metrics
- Experience in conducting market analysis and developing strategic plans based on findings
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role
Salary: $1200 per month + commission on sales

Location: Funchal, Portugal
