We are seeking a motivated and experienced Moderator to join our dynamic team in Almada, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online community and maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful online environment
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support as needed
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for improving the overall user experience
- Identify and address any potential issues or conflicts within the community
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Benefits:
