Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Conduct site surveys to assess project feasibility and potential challenges
- Prepare detailed designs, plans, and specifications using specialized software
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to budget and schedule

- Review project plans for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct quality control checks on materials used for construction
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates
- Provide technical support to junior engineers
