Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and contractors
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review project plans and ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for construction projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to clients
- Identify potential risks or issues that may arise during the course of a project and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Conduct site visits to ensure that work is being done according to specifications and quality standards
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, making adjustments as needed, and ensuring that projects stay within budgetary constraints
- Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Oslo

This is a contract job without accommodation. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Norway.
