We are a growing accounting firm in El-Ain, Egypt and we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making processes
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
