Contract Personal Trainer - Manama, Bahrain

As a Contract Personal Trainer in Manama, Bahrain, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and make a positive impact on their fitness journeys. You will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients of all fitness levels. Your expertise in nutrition and exercise science will be key in helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized workout plans for each client based on their fitness goals, current physical condition, and any medical considerations
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients at their preferred location or at our gym facility
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans accordingly
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety during exercises
- Offer nutritional guidance and meal planning advice to support clients' fitness goals
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and research to continuously improve training methods
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for all clients

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal trainer working with diverse clientele
- Proficient understanding of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise science
- Excellent communication skills to effectively motivate and guide clients
- Ability to adapt training methods for clients with injuries or physical limitations
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free)

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by the company for the duration of the contract.
