Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing and training staff, maintaining inventory levels, and developing business strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
- Train, manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create schedules for staff and manage payroll expenses.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred but not required.
Salary: 1800$ monthly
