Sales Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in the region. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month and does not require English proficiency or previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred.
- Must have own visa in Saudi Arabia.
- No previous experience required.
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken) is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
