Entry-Level Dismantler

As an Entry-Level Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling various mechanical and electrical equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This position is ideal for individuals without prior experience who are looking to start a career in the dismantling industry. Located in Kaunas, you will work closely with experienced dismantlers and receive on-the-job training to develop your skills and knowledge.

Your main duties will include using hand tools and power tools to remove parts from equipment, sorting and organizing parts for recycling or resale, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also be responsible for following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong interest in mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity. You must be able to work well in a team environment, follow instructions accurately, and have a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
