We are hiring a skilled and experienced Dismantler to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling various types of equipment and structures in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies. Your work will involve using hand and power tools to remove parts, sorting and organizing materials, and ensuring proper disposal of hazardous waste.

Responsibilities:
- Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and others while dismantling equipment
- Use hand and power tools to remove parts from machinery, vehicles, or structures
- Sort and organize materials for recycling or disposal
- Dispose of hazardous waste according to regulations
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Dismantler or similar role
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Basic understanding of safety protocols
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
