Job Title: Senior Architect - Kaunas


We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our growing team in Kaunas. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all design requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Review project deliverables for quality control purposes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, the second-largest city in Lithuania known for its beautiful architecture and vibrant culture.
