We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Wiltz. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked in an attractive and appealing manner to increase sales. This position requires strong communication skills, as you will need to collaborate with the sales team, suppliers, and store managers.

Responsibilities:
- Implement visual merchandising techniques to showcase products in an attractive and organized manner
- Ensure all products are stocked and replenished according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate parties
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability and orders
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are up-to-date and visually appealing
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and company guidelines
- Create reports on sales trends, product performance, and store visits

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Retail Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must have valid biometric passport

Salary: $900 per month
