Surveyor Assistant


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Surveyor Assistant in Bergen, Norway. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will work closely with our team of experienced surveyors to assist in the planning and execution of land surveys. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of surveying.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and operating surveying equipment, such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Collect and record accurate data during field surveys
- Help with the preparation of survey reports and maps
- Conduct research and gather information related to land surveys
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, or a related field (students currently pursuing a degree are welcome to apply)
- Basic knowledge of land surveying principles, tools, and techniques
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical fitness, as this role may involve working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred but not required)

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month with accommodation provided.
