We are seeking an experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production process of goods, ensuring that they are delivered on time, and meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience as a merchandiser
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with production processes and quality control
- Willingness to relocate to Izhevsk, Russia

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production process of goods from start to finish
- Ensure that all orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Communicate with clients regarding order details and updates
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Prepare reports on production progress and present them to management
