IT Support Specialist

Our IT support team is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join us as an IT Support Specialist in our Jerusalem office. This position is open to Indian nationals who do not necessarily have to be fluent in English. We value diversity and welcome candidates with or without prior experience in the field.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, setting up user accounts, and maintaining network and system security.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and hardware components. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
