IT Support Specialist

We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems, software, and hardware. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Train users on how to use new software or hardware
- Keep track of all technical issues and resolutions in a database

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with network administration
- Knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
- Experience with virtualization technology (VMware, Hyper-V)

Salary: 1200$ per month

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for foreigners. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
