Sales Manager for Indian Market in Mauren


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate the Indian market and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to target the Indian market
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve their goals
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Indian business culture and market trends
- Ability to travel frequently within India for business purposes
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commission on sales. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
