Sales Manager

A well-established company in Mauren is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry. This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-residents.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance
- Train and motivate team members to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Manager role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
