Administrator
We are hiring a motivated and organized Administrator to join our growing team in Funchal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. Your main duties will include maintaining office records and files, scheduling appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with budget management. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply for this position. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate.
