We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Siauliai. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and partitions. Your main tasks will include mixing and applying plaster, smoothing and leveling surfaces, and ensuring a high-quality finish. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in plastering, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plastering
- Proficiency in both traditional and modern plastering techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, sanding, or applying primer
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specifications
- Apply plaster using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure even coverage
- Create decorative textures or patterns if required
- Ensure that finished surfaces are level and free of imperfections
- Repair any cracks or damages on existing plaster surfaces
