Bank Teller

We are in need of a diligent and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team at our branch in Al-Khor. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by processing transactions, answering inquiries, and promoting bank products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding their accounts and bank products
- Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel
- Follow all security procedures and maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in finance or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in banking or customer service role
- Fluent English language skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills; experience with banking software is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
