Sales Manager - Indian Nationals



We are a growing company based in Sharjah and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Sharjah
