Online Tutor - Indian Language
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Tutor to teach Indian language courses to students around the world. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons, providing personalized instruction, and assessing student progress. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency and does not include accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials for Indian language courses
- Conduct online classes using various teaching methods such as live video sessions, interactive activities, and multimedia resources
- Provide personalized instruction to meet the individual needs of students
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments
- Communicate with students and parents/guardians about progress, areas for improvement, and any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Must be a native speaker of an Indian language (Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Indian language courses to students of various ages/levels
- Strong understanding of language learning theories and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to use technology for online teaching (video conferencing platforms, interactive tools)
- Patient, organized, and adaptable to different learning styles
