We are hiring a full-time Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury resort in the beautiful city of Malindi. This role is open to both Filipino and foreign applicants, with no English language requirement and no prior experience needed. We welcome fresh graduates to apply for this position.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that all their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently. You will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, handle reservations and bookings for activities and excursions, as well as provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and have strong problem-solving abilities. A high level of attention to detail is also essential in this role.

In addition to these qualities, we also require candidates to have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
