The Indian Concierge will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to guests at a luxury resort in Malindi. This full-time position requires fluent English speaking skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with guests from various backgrounds. The ideal candidate should possess a warm and friendly demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, making them feel valued and comfortable
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, including handling luggage and providing information about the resort and local area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and accurately
- Make reservations for dining, spa treatments, and other activities as requested by guests
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with legal authorization to work in Kenya
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from different cultures
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200 USD per month.
