We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Triesen. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of individuals, including recruitment, training, development, and performance management.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to support growth and improvement.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any challenges or issues that arise.
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes collaboration, trust, and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to the team's responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving targets within set timelines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Triesen. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.
