Your main role is to ensure that the team meets their goals and targets, while also providing support and guidance to individual team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Filipino employees.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve team goals and targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching when necessary.
- Develop training programs for new employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action when needed.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect among team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino national currently residing in Triesen.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work full-time with no previous work experience required.
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided.

Salary:
