Teamlead - Urgent Contract Position in Balzers for Egyptian Nationals

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Balzers on an urgent contract basis. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure high productivity and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall team performance and achieve business objectives
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide necessary training or resources to address any issues
- Foster a positive work environment where employees are engaged, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality results
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across teams
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team towards achieving common goals
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of industry best practices and familiarity with relevant software/tools
- Must be an Egyptian national currently residing in Balzers or willing to relocate on short notice
