We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve project goals
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide guidance and support to team members on technical issues
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new processes or procedures as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in an English-speaking environment preferred
