Architectural Technologist

We are a rapidly growing architectural firm seeking an experienced and creative Architectural Technologist to join our team in Gujrat. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design and development of architectural projects. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, as well as conducting site visits and liaising with clients and contractors.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong technical knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience with project management is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts and plans for projects
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and quality control

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this contract position. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
